LASER PRINTING ON STEEL
When a product is exposed to a 3D laser printing, its surface is hit by a thin ray that removes the upper layers, creating a thin carving. It is a high quality manufacturing, the execution is extremely rapid and the costs are very restrained.
The advantages offered by this technique are the following:
- AD HOC MANUFACTURING
It is possible to reproduce any graphic element (logos, codes, texts, decorations). The biggest size of the manufacturing is 15x15cm. In order to implement the incision you need to provide us a vectorial file with .dxf, .dwg or .ai extension (Illustrator 8). In case you have files with different extensions, they can be converted. The conversion costs will be taken into account.
The 3D laser printing boasts a superior executive quality and aesthetic value as compared to the classic printing techniques. It allows to reproduce with an extraordinary precision even small-scale graphic elements, guaranteeing accurate details and uniform results.
- INDELIBLE OVER TIME
The personalization with 3D laser is everlasting and indelible, it is not subject to the discolouration, deterioration or deformation risks.
- REDUCED TIME NEEDED AND COSTS
The incision with 3D laser is well-known for the execution speed, approximately 10 days, variable depending on the chosen item or quantity. This production is ideal even from the economic point of view, since it doesn’t entail installation costs and can be used to personalize small production lots.
The incision with 3D laser allows to obtain optimal results on a wide typology of shapes and materials. It can be executed on metal products, steel products and ABSs, subject to verification according to the product, the kind of painting and the related colour.
It is not possible to reproduce a colour personalization with 3D laser. The production tonality dependes on the material to be carved.
